Our friend Larry Mac gave us the gentlest and best send-off that we could imagine. He picked us up at the train station, hosted us in Portland, and took us to PDX in the morning. We were a bit nervous, but with Lar, everything was okay. Steve and Leanned joined us for dinner the evening before. It was great to see them.
